Here’s a new SQDCP board case study. Furthermore, see how you can custom make your own similar SQDCP board. For example, choose to add status indicators. Most importantly, make your own processes highly visual.

An SQDCP board offering daily assessment. Firstly, each operational process ( so S, Q and so on) is dry wipe. Therefore, it enables visual daily assessment. As a result, this client can colour code each day of the month. ( Numbers 1-31). So, for example, Red for “take action” and Green for “complete”.

Secondly, each process has its own status indicator meter. Above all, this shows exact status in two ways. Firstly, by colour. So Red, Amber, Green, or any shade in between. Secondly, by number. This is because the status indicator is dry wipe. Therefore, it is ready for the client to add numerical values directly on to the status meter. In addition, these are easy to edit anytime.
