2016 is already set to be a busy year for the My Visual Management team. Another week and another successful visual management installation – this time a new bespoke production visual management PFU board. The main boards are magnetic (produced with our special anti-rust material). We fabricated some stainless steel holders for the PFU tickets, then they are neatly displayed on the board with some acrylic magnetic frames.
