The team at Del Monte, a brand delivering premium foods since 1886, required PPE checkpoints for use across their whole site. We created bespoke designs to match their PPE procedures and also to complement the site.
This PPE procedure station shows how to wear PPE correctly. Because it is instantly clear, we display green ticks on this part of the board. In contrast, a second purpose is to show common mistakes in relation to PPE. As a result, we also show how not to wear PPE on this part of the board. Furthermore, mistakes are highlighted with a red cross. Likewise, we also produce PPE procedure stations at the exit of critical areas. These show the changing procedure when leaving the production environment.
Above all, both PPE and changing boards, and PPE procedure stations ensure standards are met. Similarly, we also produce hand wash procedure boards.
